1. Divisional Manager

Total Positions: 10

Location: All Pakistan

Job Type: Contractual

Gender: Both male and female

Educational Qualification: M.Phil. or at least Masters/ 16 year-degree from an HEC recognized institution

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in managing or conducting large-scale surveys

Job Responsibilities: As a Divisional Manager, you will serve as a regional head, ensuring the efficient fulfillment of survey activities.

Responsibilities include: To oversee all census field activities in the assigned divisions, consisting of different districts.

To ensure compliance with the census strategy, scasuals, and operational protocols.

To supervise District Managers and ensure an aligned field effort.

To monitor data integrity by working shoulder by shoulder with Quality Control teams.

To create the reports of progress and standards of performance of the division

To organize trainings for the survey staff and guide about the tactics for the professional development

To remain in touch with provincial authorities and serve as the focal point for high-level coordination.

This senior role is ideal for experienced professionals who can lead multi-level teams and manage complicated logistics across regions.

2. Communication & Coordination Officer

Total Positions: 10

Location: All Pakistan

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations (HEC recognized)

Experience: Atleast 3 years in media, public relations, or communications

Job Responsibilities: Creativity, clarity, and strong interpersonal communication are compulsory for this position.

Responsibilities include: Develop and implement effective communication plans for project visibility and the engagement of public.

Handle media relations, write press releases and respond to inquiries from the public.

Create material for project reports, social media platforms, newsletters, as well as official presentations.

To coordinate with shareholders, government representatives and other partners in order to ensure smooth communication.

Help field teams in approaching far-flung or isolated populations.

4. Field Manager

Total Positions: 69

Location: Across Pakistan

Job Type: Contractual

Minimum Qualification: 16 years of education recognized by HEC

Experience: At least 2 years in field management, survey implementation, or data collection

Additional Requirement: Proficiency with IT tools, such as computers and tablets

Job Responsibilities: Both operational oversight and team leadership are required for this position. The main responsibilities include:

To manage field activities for the survey within the particular district.

To supervise Tehsil Supervisors and ensure proper data authentication.

To conduct spot checks and deal with any irregularities or logistical problems.

To monitor the daily field operations and create detailed reports.

To coordinate with Regional Supervisors and respond to changing scenarios timely.

To provide help and guidance to field teams in order to ensure productivity and accuracy.

Candidates with a background in census, research, or public service surveys are quite suitable for this position.

5. Survey Supervisor

Total Positions: 414

Location: All districts in Pakistan

Job Type: Contractual

Gender: Both males and females

Minimum Qualification: 16 year-degree from an HEC recognized institution

Experience: 0–1 year (experience with Android-based or tablet surveys preferred)

Skills: IT proficiency, including handling data collection devices

Job Responsibilities: As a Survey Supervisor, your role is important for ensuring field accuracy and flawless operations.

Verify areas and boundaries of survey blocks.

Ensure the timely consistency of data collected daily.

To manage and align the actions of the data collectors in the concerned blocks.

Deal with technical problems and guide teams in time.

Maintain comprehensive records of survey progress and submit daily reports.

Collaborate with District Coordinators to overcome challenges and ensure compliance with the census plan.
