Educational Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of sixteen (16) years of education, equivalent to a Bachelor’s (Honors) or Master’s degree.
The degree needs to be in one of the following areas:
Public Administration
Business Administration
Management Sciences
Environmental Engineering
Environmental Sciences
The degree must be from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from the top five HEC-ranked universities in their respective disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
Candidates must possess a minimum of three (03) years of relevant experience.
The experience should be in areas such as:
General Management
Solid Waste Management
Public Administration
Business Administration
Experience of working with government departments, development projects, or in community engagement and environmental services will be considered an advantage.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 35 years.
The minimum age requirement is 18 years at the time of application submission.
Key Responsibilities
The Tehsil Monitoring Officer will be expected to:
Monitor and report on the performance of services and project implementation at the tehsil level.
Coordinate with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of services.
Conduct field visits and gather data related to solid waste management and other project areas.
Give efficient updates and reports to the project management team.
Identify challenges and recommend improvements for service delivery.
