Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from talented individuals who meet the following criteria:
Education: 16 years of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences, Commerce, or any related field from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Age: 22–30 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
The ideal candidate should have:
Knowledge of the rules of PPRA (Public Procurement Regulatory Authority)
Awareness of rate conditions, price fluctuations and business environment
Awareness of contract management and purchasing guidelines
Hands-on exposure or theoretical understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP
Excellent organizational and communication abilities to effectively handle multiple tasks at once
Job Responsibilities:
As a Management Associate – Procurement, you will:
Manage procurement activities in line with PSDF policies, departmental KPIs, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Prepare bidding documents and Request for Quotations (RFQs) for approved purchases and service requests.
Make sure that the tender documents are uploaded on both the PSDF website and the PPRA portal, following the prescribed guidelines.
Facilitate timely payments to suppliers and ensure accurate and complete documentation for all procurement activities.
Lead supplier performance evaluations twice a year and assist in enhancing vendor relationships.
Work proactively to bring improvements in procurement processes to reduce turnaround time and streamline services for internal teams.
Manage procurement-related documentation through the ERP Purchasing Module (SAP) and maintain records as per audit requirements.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Indirect Procurement.
