Educational Qualifications
Fields and Requirements:
1. Army Education Corps (AEC): MA/MSc/BS (4 years) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Geography/GIS, Political Science, History, Islamic Studies, Arabic, Urdu, or English.
2. Law Officers (Judge Advocate General Branch): LLB with at least 2 years of legal practice.
3. Corps of Remount Veterinary and Farms Officer (RV&FC): DVM or equivalent degree, registered with PVMC.
4. Psychologists: MSc/BS in Psychology.
Preference for MSc (Hons)/MPhil in relevant fields.
Academic Prerequisites
Minimum 62.5% marks (annual system) or 2.5 CGPA (out of 4) in all subjects except English (50% or 2.0 CGPA).
No 3rd Division or D Grade in the whole academic career.
Education from HEC-recognized institutions only.
MPhil/MS/PhD holders are given preference.
Ineligibility Conditions
You are not eligible if you are twice “Not Recommended” by ISSB (3rd attempt allowed for DSSC).
Permanently unfit due to medical reasons.
Dismissed from any government or military service.
Convicted in a court of law for moral crimes.
Previously withdrawn from a military academy or institution for any reason.
Requirements
1. Nationality: Candidates must be citizens of Pakistan or domicile holders of Azad Kashmir or Gilgit-Baltistan. Applicants with dual nationality must surrender their foreign nationality upon final selection.
2. Age: Minimum age is 18 years as of May 1, 2025.
3. Marital Status: Both married and unmarried males can apply.
4. Gender: Only male candidates are eligible for this commission.
5. Height: Applicants must have a minimum height of 5 feet 4 inches (162.5 cm).
6. Weight: Weight must meet the standards of the Body Mass Index (BMI).
Registration Process
Registration will be open from December 4 to December 31, 2024.
Applications can be submitted online, even on Saturdays and Sundays, during this period.
Preliminary Tests
Tests will be conducted between January 20 and January 28, 2025.
No tests will be held on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays during this phase.
Further Selection Procedure
1. ISSB Tests: Shortlisted candidates will be called for ISSB testing via website and call letters.
2. GHQ Selection Board: Final interview and selection at General Headquarters (GHQ).
3. Medical Examination: Detailed medical tests at nearby Combined Military Hospitals.
Military Training
Duration: 6 months
Location: Pakistan Military Academy (PMA), Kakul
