Nationality Requirement
Only the citizens of Pakistan are eligible to apply. Candidates having dual citizenship will have to surrender the other citizenship after the final selection.
Gender Requirement
Only male candidates can apply.for PMA Long Course, DSSC (Direct Short Service Commission) etc.
Marital Status
Only unmarried candidates are allowed to apply. However, exemption is given to the serving soldiers of Pakistan Army.
Educational Qualification
Intermediate (F.Sc./ F.A./ ICS)/ I.Com.)/ A Level with at least 55 – 60% marks

- Only medically and physically fit candidates are considered for selection.
- Minimum height should be 5 feet and 4 inches (162.5 cm.)
- Weight must be as per Body Mass Index (BMI)

- Unexpanded: Minimum 32 inches (81 cm.)
- Expanded (while taking a deep breath): Minimum 34 inches (86 cm.)
